In addition to the Yeakey Alliance partnering with your organization to design, implement and evaluate effective training programs; we also have a wealth of experience equipping marginalized populations (youth and adults) to utilize self-directed job search and career navigation techniques to secure employment that pays a living wage.  The president /CEO of the alliance has over three decades of experience facilitating Pre and Post-employment workshops, soft skills training, and individual career coaching services to more than 8,000 thousand participants.  The Yeakey Alliance would love to equip the population you serve with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to navigate their own careers.  The Yeakey Alliance can partner with you to provide the following career planning and job coaching services:
